With the intense color of the Nero Buono grape that gives the wine deep and dark tones, it is impenetrable and bright ruby ??red. Very intense nose of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, Mediterranean scrub, cocoa, cinchona and iron, all framed by balsamic sensations. Very soft sip, with tannins present but almost imperceptible for maturity, balanced, elegant and very pleasant, and with an almost interminable persistence. It goes well with pasta dishes with game ragout, grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses, and dishes from our traditional cuisine (bucatini all'amatriciana, coda alla vaccinara, etc.).
