Pinot Grigio is often grown in lower areas and harvested by machine. The Pinot Grigio Selection has only sloping and steep-soiled grapes harvested from vineyards with reduced yields. Remarkable temperature differences between day and night on these vineyards result in the scent of white peaches, fresh flowers and citrus. In the mouth, the wine is juicy and full. Its creamy texture evokes fresh and stimulating acidity. This is due to the Pinot Grigio grapes located above. Expressive wine with a mineral finish. Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio
